Batch convert HEIC to JPG
A folder of iPhone photos is still a pile of .heic files. Opening each one in Preview, or uploading the set to a conversion site, is the slow part. Stayshot can batch convert HEIC to JPG in this tab: drop the files, convert what this browser is allowed to convert, and download the JPGs. The photos are not uploaded.

Convert multiple HEIC to JPG without a server
Add the .heic files in one drop, or pick them from the file dialog. A worker on this page fetches a WASM build of libheif, decodes each still in the tab, and the canvas writes JPEG. There is no conversion API and no account. Close the tab and the working copies are gone.
The same converter is the HEIC to JPG page. On a PC that will not open the originals, see why Windows rejects iPhone photos. On a Mac, Preview and Photos can export JPEG too — they are just clumsier once the folder gets long.
What a batch actually does here
The free version includes 5 conversions in this browser. Drop more than you have left and the extra files are refused at drop, not halfway through Convert. Each finished JPG downloads on its own. When more than one file has converted, Download all as ZIP builds the archive in this tab from those JPGs. It is not another upload.
Quality defaults to 90. EXIF is stripped unless you turn on Keep EXIF, which copies make, model, capture time, and GPS. Orientation is already applied to the pixels and stored as 1. A Live Photo contributes the still, not the video. Some 10-bit HDR or Portrait depth files fail in WASM; the page says so instead of saving a green frame.
The $9 lifetime unlock
Pricing lists two rows. Free: 5 conversions in this browser, the other still converters, a quality slider, EXIF stripped by default, and ZIP download. The $9 lifetime unlock is unlimited conversions in this browser and HEIC to PDF (one or many photos). Lifetime means this browser’s site data, not a portable license you can sign into on another computer.
If the photos are still on the phone, iPhone photos to JPG covers shooting JPEG from now on, and what a transfer actually sends. For files already on this computer, the converter above is the batch path.
