Stayshot is a one-person project. There is no ticket system. Email is the right channel — including failed HEIC profiles, privacy questions, and the lifetime unlock after a Stripe payment.
Please do not send photos unless we ask. We cannot decode them for you on a server, and we do not want your camera roll.
